The Center for Private Credit Accountability (CPCA), a national nonprofit oversight organization, announced its formation with headquarters at 181 West 135th Street in Harlem, the landmarked former West 135th Street Branch YMCA, later known as the Jackie Robinson YMCA Youth Center.
